Alenka Interiors is a full-service interior design studio based in Burleigh Heads, Gold Coast, led by Alenka — a Slovenian-born designer with 20+ years of experience crafting residential spaces that blend contemporary luxury with natural materials, organic shapes, and a distinctly Australian warmth. The studio offers everything from full interior design and renovation management to remote virtual consultations, and has delivered projects for clients across Queensland, New South Wales, and beyond.
The Challenge
Interior design studios sell trust before they sell services. Potential clients need to believe the designer understands their taste, can manage the complexity of a renovation, and is worth a premium over cheaper alternatives. The existing site wasn't doing enough to establish Alenka's authority, showcase the portfolio effectively, or convert site visitors into consultation bookings — the only metric that matters for a service business.
Our Approach
We rebuilt the site around Alenka's personal brand and expertise. The portfolio was restructured to lead with the most aspirational projects, with each case study telling the story of the brief, the challenges, and the outcome rather than just presenting photography. The service packages were redesigned to be clear, tiered, and actionable — making it easy for prospective clients to understand their options and take the next step.
The consultation booking flow was streamlined and given homepage prominence, reducing the number of steps between discovery and commitment. Testimonials from past clients were elevated throughout to validate the quality and process. Mobile was fully optimised for a client audience that often researches on mobile.
