White Tiger Qigong is a global online academy founded by Master Tevia Feng, offering 40+ Qigong, breathwork, and teacher certification courses to students in over 80 countries. The brand blends ancient Taoist practice with modern sports science, serving both wellness beginners and professional instructors.
With multiple product types spanning digital courses, physical apparel, and certification programs, the store needed a structured, trust-first experience that spoke to all three buyer types without confusion.
The Challenge
The existing store had no clear entry point. Visitors landed with a mixed product catalog and no guidance on where to start. Course pages lacked conversion structure, and the apparel section felt disconnected from the academy's identity.

We audited the full customer journey and restructured the store around three buyer types: beginners exploring Qigong, students upgrading their practice, and instructors seeking certification. Each segment got a clear, tailored pathway through the catalog.
Course pages were rebuilt with CRO-focused layouts including social proof from verified students, clear curriculum breakdowns, and FAQ sections addressing the most common objections. The Taoist apparel collection was repositioned as a natural extension of the practice rather than a separate product line.
