Bany Event Rentals is a premium event rental company offering furniture, tableware, linen, lounge seating, and decorative accessories for weddings, corporate events, galas, and private celebrations. Their inventory spans everything from farm tables and Chiavari chairs to flatware and floral stands — the full range of what a high-end event planner or DIY host needs to transform a venue. The brand serves both event professionals and private clients who want their event to look considered and composed.
The Challenge
Event rental is a category that involves high trust, complex decisions, and a customer who is often planning the most important event of their life. Clients need to see how pieces look styled together, understand availability and logistics clearly, and feel confident that the rental experience will be as seamless as the end result looks. The existing store wasn't doing enough to inspire, inform, or reassure potential clients at each stage of the decision process.
Our Approach
We rebuilt the store around inspiration and confidence. The homepage was redesigned with styled event photography — real installations showing pieces in context — to help clients visualise what their event could look like. Navigation was structured around event type and aesthetic to guide both experienced planners and first-time hirers efficiently.
The enquiry and quote flow was redesigned to feel collaborative and easy, reducing the friction between browsing and booking. Availability guidance, logistics information, and setup service details were surfaced prominently to handle the practical objections. Mobile was fully optimised for clients browsing on phones while venue scouting.
