Belo Jewelry is a contemporary fine jewellery brand offering delicate gold and diamond pieces designed for everyday wear. The brand sits in the accessible fine jewellery category — real gold, real stones, real quality — positioned for women who want to invest in pieces that become part of their daily wardrobe rather than sitting in a jewellery box for special occasions. Their range spans rings, necklaces, earrings, and bracelets with a consistently minimal, wearable aesthetic.
The Challenge
The accessible fine jewellery market is highly competitive, with many brands occupying similar aesthetic and price territory. Belo needed to communicate the quality of their materials, the wearability of their designs, and the emotional value of investing in real jewellery — all without the intimidating formality of a traditional fine jewellery retailer. The store needed to feel luxurious but approachable.
Our Approach
We built the store around everyday luxury. The homepage was redesigned with a warm, lifestyle-forward aesthetic — jewellery being worn, not displayed in vaults — to communicate the daily wearability that defines the brand. Metal type and stone quality were surfaced clearly on product pages to handle the "is this real gold" objection that drives hesitation in this category.
Stacking and layering guides were introduced to help customers build multi-piece looks, increasing AOV and reducing decision paralysis. Gift pathways for birthdays, anniversaries, and self-gifting were given dedicated space and framing. Mobile was fully optimised for a predominantly mobile female audience.
