Overview
Bigrig Soap is an artisan soap brand making small-batch, natural bar soaps with a straightforward philosophy: real ingredients, honest formulations, and packaging that doesn't cost the planet. Their products are free from synthetic fragrances, parabens, and unnecessary additives — built for people who've started reading labels and don't like what they find in most commercial soaps. The brand has a distinctive, no-fuss personality that cuts through the wellness category's tendency toward overpolished marketing.
The Challenge
The natural soap market is crowded, and many brands that look similar at a glance. Bigrig's competitive advantage was its ingredient transparency, its small-batch craft process, and its honest brand voice — but the store wasn't making those differences visible enough to justify choosing Bigrig over a cheaper alternative from a larger brand. The product photography and copy weren't working hard enough to communicate the tactile quality of handmade soap.
Our Approach
We rebuilt the store to let the craft and the ingredients do the talking. Product pages were redesigned to lead with full ingredient transparency, scent and skin type guidance, and the specific story behind each bar's formulation. The small-batch and handmade nature of the process was given visual and copy prominence — communicating the care that goes into each product in a way that justifies the premium over mass-produced alternatives.
Gift sets and multi-bar bundles were structured to increase AOV and serve the gifting occasion buyer. Subscription for daily use staples was introduced. Mobile was fully optimised throughout.
