The Challenge
Competing in the headwear market requires standing out not just on product, but on brand credibility. Blnk Slate's premium quality is a genuine differentiator, but the store wasn't communicating it clearly enough — craft details were buried, social proof was underutilised, and the aspirational licensing roadmap wasn't part of the brand story online.

Homepage design led with craft details — the materials, the construction, and what makes a Blnk Slate hat worth the price — before moving into collections. Customer reviews were surfaced prominently as the primary conversion driver, with specific quotes about fit, feel, and finish given visual weight.
