Ecida is a German contemporary womenswear brand offering minimal, clean-lined clothing for the everyday wardrobe. The brand is built around accessible quality — thoughtful design, good fabrics, and pieces that work together — positioned for the European consumer who wants a coherent, considered wardrobe without designer price tags. Their range spans tops, dresses, trousers, and outerwear with a consistent palette and aesthetic point of view.
The Challenge
Contemporary fashion at the accessible premium tier faces constant pressure from fast fashion on price and established brands on recognition. Ecida needed to communicate the coherence of their aesthetic — the fact that everything works together, that buying into the brand means building a wardrobe rather than accumulating individual pieces — in a way that justified the price and created genuine loyalty.
Our Approach
We rebuilt the store around wardrobe building rather than individual product browsing. The homepage and collection pages were redesigned to show outfitting — full looks, styled combinations, seasonal edits — that made the coherence of the range visible and compelling. Navigation was restructured to guide customers through the brand's aesthetic categories rather than generic product types.
Product pages were enriched with outfit suggestion cross-sells, fabric and care information, and fit notes to reduce return rates. Seasonal lookbook content was integrated to inspire and retain existing customers. Mobile was fully optimised throughout.
