Elara Bloom is a women's fashion brand offering stylish, high-quality clothing designed for everyday comfort. With a focus on trend-led pieces at accessible prices, the brand curates collections that balance wearability with a strong visual identity — targeting women who want to look good without overthinking it.
The Challenge
Fashion brands live or die on discovery and impulse. Elara Bloom had strong product but the store's collection structure, visual presentation, and mobile experience weren't converting browse sessions into purchases. Category navigation was unclear, product imagery wasn't doing enough to communicate the quality of the pieces, and the checkout journey had too much friction.
Our Approach
We redesigned the store around the way fashion shoppers actually browse: trending now, new in, and curated occasion-based collections given prominent placement on the homepage. Product pages were rebuilt to lead with strong lifestyle imagery alongside clean size and fit information — reducing the uncertainty that kills fashion conversions.
Navigation was simplified and the collection structure tightened so customers could find what they were looking for in fewer clicks. The mobile experience was rebuilt from the ground up with a mobile-first checkout flow to match where the majority of the brand's traffic arrives.
