Medjool Days is a premium Coachella Valley date brand selling farm-direct organic Medjool dates and specialty varieties including Yellow Barhi, Halawi, and Zahidi. Featured in Healthline, Brit+Co, and Very Well Health, the brand serves both individual buyers and wholesale clients including cafes, bakeries, and retailers.
With a dual B2C and B2B model and a seasonal product catalog, the store needed to educate buyers, build trust, and make bulk ordering effortless.
The Challenge
The original store wasn't communicating the farm-fresh quality that sets Medjool Days apart from supermarket dates. Product pages were flat, the wholesale pathway was buried, and seasonal varieties had no urgency or storytelling to drive conversions.
Our Approach
We rebuilt the store around two core buyer experiences: the health-conscious individual and the wholesale buyer. Each got a clear, optimized path from landing to checkout.
Product pages were elevated with origin storytelling, flavor profiles, and use-case content covering snacking, baking, gifting, and Ramadan. Wholesale pages were simplified with transparent pricing tiers and a frictionless inquiry flow. Seasonal and limited items got urgency-focused design to capitalize on short availability windows.
