The Challenge
The pet accessories market is heavily commoditised online. Most stores compete on price and volume, making it hard for a quality-focused brand to stand out. Furry Friends needed a store that communicated premium positioning without being inaccessible — and that helped pet owners find the right product for their specific animal quickly, rather than scrolling through an overwhelming catalogue.

We restructured the store around pet type and lifestyle, making product discovery fast and intuitive for both dog and cat owners. The brand's warmth and personality were built into the homepage design — lifestyle imagery, community-forward messaging, and a tone that resonates with owners who are emotionally invested in their pet's comfort and happiness.
Product pages were rebuilt with sizing guides, material details, and use-case context to reduce purchase uncertainty. Gift card and gift guide pathways were introduced for the high-intent gifting audience. Free shipping thresholds were surfaced clearly to increase order value. Mobile was prioritised throughout.
