Get Humantra is a global wellness brand built around a premium daily electrolyte formula. With all six essential electrolytes, zero sugar, and added vitamins B12, C, and Zinc, Humantra competes directly against sports drinks and hydration powders — and wins on formula. The brand is Informed Sport certified, stocked in Boots UK, and sold across the UAE and internationally through Shopify.
The Challenge
Electrolyte supplements are a crowded category dominated by sports nutrition brands. Humantra's positioning — daily hydration for everyone, not just athletes — required a store that could communicate a genuinely different product story. Most customers arrive with scepticism and leave without purchasing because they don't understand why Humantra is different from what they already use.
Our Approach
We structured the store around the science gap: the idea that plain water, and most competing products, only deliver two or three electrolytes while the body needs six. Product pages were rebuilt to lead with that distinction — ingredient-level transparency, clinical certifications front and centre, and a clean comparison against standard sports drinks.
The subscription model was integrated earlier in the purchase journey, with daily-use habit framing positioned as the default rather than the upsell. Bundle building and flavour selection were simplified to reduce decision fatigue at checkout. The mobile experience was tightened throughout.
