Overview
Home Decor is a premium home furnishings and decorative accessories brand offering a curated selection of furniture, textiles, lighting, and objects for customers who care about how their home feels as much as how it looks. The brand occupies the space between mass-market retail and high-end interior design — accessible premium, with a point of view on style rather than just a product catalogue.
The Challenge
Home décor eCommerce is won or lost on inspiration. Customers don't browse with a specific product in mind — they arrive looking for ideas, a feeling, a direction for a room they're trying to pull together. A store that presents products without context, without room styling, without a cohesive aesthetic point of view, loses customers before they've found anything they want to buy.
Our Approach
We rebuilt the store to function as much as a style guide as a shop. The homepage was redesigned around curated room looks, seasonal edits, and style collections that gave customers a visual direction before presenting individual products. Navigation was restructured by room and aesthetic rather than product category, matching how home décor buyers actually think and browse.
Product pages were enriched with room context imagery, dimension guides, and complete-the-look cross-sells to increase basket size. The gifting pathway was given dedicated space and prominence. Mobile was fully optimised for a predominantly female audience that discovers via Instagram and Pinterest.
