Love From Yours (Yours) is a Swiss personalised skincare brand that formulates day creams, night creams, serums, and eye treatments individually for each customer based on their skin type, lifestyle, and environment. Founded on the idea that generic skincare doesn't work for everyone, the brand takes customers through a quiz and selfie analysis before producing a custom formulation — clean, cruelty-free, and made in Switzerland.
The Challenge
Personalised beauty is a harder sell online than standard skincare. The value proposition requires explanation — customers need to understand why the quiz matters, why their formulation is different, and why they should subscribe before they've even tried the product. The original store wasn't converting that education into purchases, and subscription uptake was underperforming.
Our Approach
We rebuilt the store around the personalisation journey. The homepage was restructured to lead with the skin assessment as the primary CTA, positioning it as the gateway to the product rather than an optional step. Product pages were redesigned to clearly communicate what's inside each formulation and why it's built for the customer's specific concerns.
Subscription benefits were surfaced earlier in the journey — before checkout — alongside proof that results improve with consistent use. Trust signals were reinforced throughout: ingredient transparency, clean beauty credentials, and Swiss provenance used as differentiators.
