Proudly is a premium sweat protection brand offering undershirts and liners engineered to eliminate visible sweat marks, body odour, and the anxiety that comes with both. Their products are designed for professionals, executives, and anyone who needs to stay confident and composed regardless of the temperature or stress level. The brand combines clinical sweat protection with elevated everyday basics — sweat-proof without looking like it.
The Challenge
Sweat protection is a deeply personal and often embarrassing problem that customers don't search for publicly. The purchase decision is driven by a specific, high-emotion pain point — and the store needed to meet that customer at their pain, validate it without shame, and present a credible, premium solution. The existing store was too generic and too product-forward, without enough of the empathy and clinical proof that this category demands.
Our Approach
We rebuilt the store around the customer's experience, not the product specs. The homepage was restructured to lead with the problem in a direct, empathetic way — normalising it, then positioning Proudly as the definitive solution. Product pages were redesigned to lead with how-it-works content, clinical proof, and before-and-after social proof from real customers.
Bundle and subscription options were surfaced early as the logical choice for repeat use. Size guides and fit recommendations were embedded to reduce uncertainty and returns. Mobile checkout was tightened throughout.
