Towards Faith is a Muslim educational lifestyle brand built to help people live a faith-centred life year-round, not just during Ramadan. Evolved from the successful Ramadan Legacy platform, Towards Faith offers journals, productivity planners, digital courses, and self-improvement tools rooted in Islamic teaching and modern psychological practice. Their products have reached hundreds of thousands of Muslims across the world, and the brand is stocked by wholesale retailers internationally.
The Challenge
Selling physical educational products in a faith-based niche requires a specific kind of trust. The product isn't just a journal — it's a commitment to a practice. Customers need to understand what they're committing to, believe it will work for their specific challenges, and feel that the brand genuinely understands their life. The existing store wasn't doing enough to build that connection before the purchase decision.
Our Approach
We built the store around the brand's mission and the transformation it offers. The founding story — from Ramadan Legacy to a full-year practice — was used to establish authority and purpose on the homepage. Product pages were rebuilt to show what the inside of each planner looks like, explain the methodology behind it, and surface reviews from customers who had completed the practice.
Collections were organised by life area (worship, work, relationships, mindfulness) to match the brand's framework. Gift and bundle options were given stronger positioning for Ramadan and Eid gifting seasons. Mobile was prioritised for the brand's global audience.
